Instructions for speakers

Miracle Session Speakers

  • Date & Time: 7th- 8th November 2018.   Link to program
  • Speakers of Miracle session will present their work within 25 minutes. We recommend that speakers to prepare 20 minutes’ talk and 5 minutes’ Q & A.
  • Official Language of presentation is English.
  • Speakers of Miracle session are requested to submit the abstract of presentation. You can submit abstract using method described in “Guidelines for Abstract Submission”.
  • Speakers of Miracle session are requested to submit their curriculum vitae (CV). You can submit abstract using method described in “Guidelines for Curriculum Vitae Submission”
  • Submit your abstract and CV file to secretary of conference (). The deadline for abstract and CV submission is until 30 September, 2018

P2P Session Speakers

  • Date & Time: 7th- 8th November 2018.   Link to program
  • Speakers of P2P session will present their work within 8 minutes. At the end of session, there will be an open discussion between all speakers and audience.
  • Official Language of presentation is English.
  • Speakers of P2P session are requested to submit the abstract of presentation. You can submit abstract using method described in “Guidelines for Abstract Submission”.
  • Speakers of P2P session are requested to submit their curriculum vitae (CV). You can submit abstract using method described in “Guidelines for Curriculum Vitae Submission”
  • Submit your abstract and CV file to secretary of conference (). The deadline for abstract and CV submission is until 30 September, 2018

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Please prepare your abstract as a Word file (.doc) Windows format is preferred. You can submit abstract using method as follows.

  • Each abstract should be 1 page of A4 limited, including title, authors, affiliations, email address of presenting author, main text (100-500 words) and key words.
  • Title of the abstract: Bold, Calibri 18 pt. Capitalize the first letter of words in title.
  • List of the Authors: Calibri 10 pt, place middle, Family name should be placed after the first and middle name. Insert superscript number at the end of each author's name for their affiliations. Place * at the end of the presenting author's name.
  • Authors' Affiliations: Calibri 12 pt, place middle. Including the authors' institutions and mailing addresses. The e-mail address of presenting author should be listed.
  • Body of text: Calibri 12 pt.
  • Please save your abstract using your surname, followed by a hyphen and the form of file (abstract), i.e. Gildong Hong’s abstract would be "GildongHong–abstract.doc

Guidelines for Curriculum Vitae Submission

Please prepare your CV as a Word file (.doc) Windows format is preferred. You can submit CV using method as follows.

  • Download word file “CV for speakers” from the web-site   Download link
  • Fill in General information, Educational background & professional experience, Research interests, List of major publications.
  • Attach photo of speaker in CV.
  • Please save your CV using your surname, followed by a hyphen and the form of file (CV), i.e. Gildong Hong’s abstract would be "GildongHong–CV.doc
